With a focus on data-driven decision making, you will leverage HR analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and drive strategic initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and programs to support the company's strategic goals.
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of our workforce, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and drive strategic initiatives.
Partner with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.
Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
