📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the retail floor.
• Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
• Train and develop sales associates to enhance their performance and skills.
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement store-wide initiatives and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in the retail industry, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of retail best practices and trends in the consumer products industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
