📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Ensure all meals are presented with impeccable attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.
• Create and execute daily menus that cater to the diverse tastes and preferences of our guests.
• Manage kitchen inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor junior cooks to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the culinary program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or Senior Cook in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
