As part of our growing team, you'll be responsible for overseeing HR and legal activities, from recruitment and employee development to legal compliance and risk management.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team to create a positive and productive work environment. You'll handle HR tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management, using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR. Legal responsibilities will include contract drafting, compliance with labor laws, and advising on employment matters, utilizing legal software like CaseMap and eLaw.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Manage legal compliance and risk, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
• Process payroll and benefits administration using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Draft and review contracts, ensuring they comply with legal standards.
• Advise on employment matters, providing guidance to employees and management.
• Conduct training and workshops on HR and legal topics.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and legal risks.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR and legal strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and legal roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Certification in HR management or legal compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Experience with legal software such as CaseMap and eLaw.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
