📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate settlements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial obligations are met
• Work closely with the finance team to develop and implement recovery strategies
• Meet and exceed targets for collections
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections and communications with clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections and recovery
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop and improve skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or a related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
