📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of telecom towers and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations and maintenance in the telecommunications sector.
• Knowledge of telecom infrastructure and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
