As an E-Commerce Platform Supervisor at J&T Express in Bali, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improvements.
• Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems.
• Ensure the security and compliance of our e-commerce platform.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive online sales and customer engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Provide training and support to the e-commerce team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce platform management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce technologies and tools, including payment gateways, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Certification in e-commerce or related field is a plus.
