As a Finance Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist at Delta Food Distribution, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and managing our accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. You’ll use tools like QuickBooks and SAP to track invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve any discrepancies. With 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, you’ll bring a strong understanding of financial processes and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Use QuickBooks and SAP to monitor invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the billing and collection processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and enforce credit policies to minimize bad debt and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
• Proven ability to manage and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and SAP is a plus.
