📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the collections team, ensuring high standards of customer service and collections efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collections performance and recovery rates.
• Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts, working closely with the credit team and loan officers to resolve issues and recover outstanding amounts.
• Monitor and analyze collections data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in collections management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in using collections management software such as FISERV, Jack Henry, or similar.
• Certification in collections management or a related field is a plus.
