📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized product recommendations and expert advice on luxury cosmetics and fragrances.
• Assist in stock management and ensure our retail spaces are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Promote sales through in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, using our retail management system (RMS).
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining a high standard of service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches to provide informed advice to customers.
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury beauty or fragrances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail management systems (RMS) and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• A passion for luxury beauty and fragrances, with a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for quality.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia, as this is a full-time position.
