📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Distribute, fold, and replenish linens and towels in guest rooms, public areas, and amenities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our in-house management system.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and high standards of cleanliness.
• Identify and resolve any linen or towel shortages promptly.
• Follow established protocols and procedures for linen handling and storage.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the linen room and storage areas.
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss and address any issues or improvements.
• Ensure all linens and towels are properly labeled and tagged for easy identification.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or housekeeping industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with basic housekeeping tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
