📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other related materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills
