As a Store Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical advice, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to customers, ensuring they receive accurate information and recommendations.,Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of pharmaceutical products.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff members to maintain high standards of service and knowledge.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Promote the use of our products and services to drive sales and customer loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Experience with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Familiarity with the local market and customer needs in Bali is desirable.
