📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall company goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is an advantage.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
