📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring strong relationships and excellent service.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to enhance team performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
