In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their development goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
