📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail stores and distributors.,Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for product expansion and improvement.,Train and mentor retail sales teams to enhance their performance and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
