📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to achieve operational goals.,Manage and maintain operational budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Knowledge of lean and six sigma methodologies.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
