📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the mechanical and electrical teams, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement technical standards and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and manage the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Certifications in relevant technical areas, such as PMP, Six Sigma, or LEED, are a plus.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and EPLAN.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
