In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the development of talent management strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and e-learning platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
