📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store operations to ensure high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering processes.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Train and mentor junior store administrators to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store budgets and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in store administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.
