ECHO Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security professional to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective security measures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our facilities and personnel.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.,Oversee the daily operations of the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with law enforcement and other security agencies to respond to security incidents and emergencies.,Maintain and update security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees and visitors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective security measures.,Strong knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid security license or certification is a plus.
