📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

Provide expert advice on our products and services to clients.

Manage a team of sales consultants.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech industry.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of the tech market and industry trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in Indonesian and English.

Valid driver's license.
