📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.,Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or business development role.,Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
