📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure accurate and timely inventory management using the company's inventory management system.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.,Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory control software is a plus.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
