📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the sales process, including product demonstrations, consultations, and negotiations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
  • Assist in the organization and management of sales data and reports.
  • Support the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
  • Attend and participate in sales training and development programs.
  • Assist in the management of the retail store, including inventory, stock levels, and displays.
  • Promote and uphold the company's values and policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and management.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
