In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our patients and staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and labor laws.,Collaborate with the dental clinic team to coordinate events and special occasions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management and food cost control.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.
