Base Bold Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Staff to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update supplier records and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Conduct supplier performance evaluations and recommend improvements.,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and analysis.,Support the purchasing team in achieving cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and information.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of purchasing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
