📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with team members to achieve operational goals and targets.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle operational tasks such as logistics, procurement, and inventory management.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational training programs.,Provide operational support to senior management as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel is a plus.
