📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse activities, and transportation coordination.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.,Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics and transportation industry.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to meet company goals and objectives.,Provide regular reports and updates on logistics performance to senior management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics operations, ensuring timely resolution.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities with other business functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.,Familiarity with maritime logistics and industry regulations is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
