Go Central Group is seeking a dedicated Deputy Operations Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This role is crucial in supporting our operations team to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage workflows, and ensure that all operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational activities,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Manage and maintain operational records and reports,Support the Operations Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members,Handle any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
