📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve employee performance.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a positive and supportive learning environment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment between learning and development initiatives and overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
