Nusantara Building is seeking a Deputy Learning Development to support our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to develop and implement learning strategies.,Coordinate with various departments to understand their training needs and provide solutions.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest learning and development trends and best practices.,Provide support to the Learning and Development Manager in achieving departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
