📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Manage and oversee the delivery of event supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure the setup and breakdown of event venues are completed on time and to specification.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of event materials, including signage, decor, and catering.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during event execution.
• Maintain accurate records of event logistics and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or Eventbrite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Bali's event venues and local logistics.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
