Food Zone Unggul is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our delivery team, ensuring timely and efficient food delivery to our customers. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the delivery team, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.,Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient food delivery.,Monitor and maintain the quality of food during transit to ensure it reaches our customers in good condition.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of deliveries and performance metrics.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the food delivery industry.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for deliveries.,Good knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate using GPS and maps.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as required.
