📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
• Manage and track business development metrics and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
