📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including production, sales, and customer service.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure optimal operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
