📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and plan upcoming tasks.,Maintain accurate records of all activities and operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.,Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using project management tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
