🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate innovation or consulting.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing innovation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using innovation management tools and software such as MindManager, Axure RP, and Miro.
• Certification in innovation management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
